Through a thorough inspection of your municipality, an accurate and consistent inventory will be established, thereby providing the necessary groundwork for a successful Valuation Project.

VALUATION SERVICES

Maxwell Appraisal Service has provided valuation support for communities throughout the State of New York. Our attention to detail and experience in data analysis, sales analysis and valuation has resulted in our reputation of providing accurate and defendable assessments. Maxwell Appraisal Service is familiar with the various Assessment Administration software packages used in New York including the State’s RPS Version 4 program.
